Alaska’s Boardwalk Lodge is pleased to announce the publication of a new cookbook from Executive Chef, Jeffery F. Brady: Taste of Boardwalk. This 132-page cookbook is brimming with 40 favorite lodge recipes, along with several scenic photos of the lodge.
Chef Jeff has written Taste of Boardwalk in such a way that even a culinary novice can understand and feel confident in creating these delectable dishes. He includes a glossary of culinary terms and their definitions, garnishing tips, insider chef’s tips, as well as suggestions on beverages to pair the dishes with.
A graduate of the Scottsdale Culinary Institute in 2004, Chef Jeff honed his culinary skills at El Tovar Hotel, The Royal Street Cafe, Mariposa Restaurant, the Avenues Bakery and Bistro, and Fresco’s Italian Cafe, prior to becoming executive chef at Alaska’s Boardwalk Lodge in 2006.
