How do I earn Boardwalk Adventure Rewards loyalty dollars?

Every time you book a reservation you earn 3%. It is that simple. You can use all or part of your rewards dollars toward your next purchase. The rewards are available to you after your departure date.

How do I join the Boardwalk Lodge’s Adventure Rewards loyalty program?

The guest making the reservation is automatically enrolled. Every guest that is given an invoice is also automatically enrolled.  It is possible for the “coordinator” of the trip to collect all the rewards dollars if that full invoice is transacted through that “coordinators” account. Once you check out after your adventure you these rewards are available to you for future bookings.

Are there limitations on earning rewards?

Adventure Rewards are not earned on taxes, gift shop purchases, tips, alcohol or any other cost at the lodge during your visit.  Some reservations, due to the amount of discount offered up from, will be ineligible for the Adventure Rewards.

How are my loyalty rewards tracked?

We use the email address you provide to us when booking your order to track the rewards. Should a single booking be paid for by each individual guest, each guest will receive their own adventure rewards. If one guest handles the whole invoice then that one guest’s email address will receive all the rewards.

How can I see my Adventure Rewards balance?

Do my Adventure Rewards expire?

Your Adventure Rewards expire 1 year after the date of your checkout from the reservation on which they were earned. You must book a new reservation within that year. Your next reservation does not have to be within that same year, but you must use the rewards to book within 1 year of them being issues.

Can I transfer my rewards to another person?

Currently we do not support the transfer of rewards.

Are members of Boardwalk Lodge’s Referral Program eligible to earn loyalty rewards?

Yes! You get 3% back for every purchase! Design professionals, trade members and qualified showrooms can earn rewards.

Can I cash in my Adventure Rewards dollars?

We do not offer cash back for Adventure Rewards dollars.

What if I make a purchase and then cancel it, will I lose my rewards dollars?

Yes, your Adventure Rewards only become active after you have completed the visit for which those rewards were earned.
