Alaska's Boardwalk Lodge Reservation Policies
Lodge Payment Policy
A $1000 deposit per person is due within 10 days of
reservation to confirm and hold the reservation. A second
deposit equal to 50% of the total package price is due
by 1 February, with the balance due 1 April.
For reservations made after 1 February, 50% of the total
package price is due within 10 days to confirm and hold
your reservation. Balance is due 90 days prior to arrival.
Both Visa and MasterCard are gladly accepted for all
lodge transactions.
Lodge Cancellation Policy
Generally, cancellations made with sufficient notice may be rolled over to the next season.
Outright cancellations are subject to a $1000 per person fee. Cancellations made
less than 90 days prior to arrival will be assessed an additional cancellation fee equal
to 50% of the total package price. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival will be assessed
a cancellation equal to 100% of the total package price.
Information regarding trip cancellation insurance is
available upon request. Reservations will be canceled
and the above policy will apply if the Reservation/Payment
policy is not adhered to. There will be no exceptions
to this cancellation policy. Though there has not been a single non-fishing day in more than eight seasons, the lodge cannot be held
responsible for loss of fishing, lodging, flight delays, or any charges incurred due to weather conditions.
