Fly Fishing Equipment
As an Orvis® Endorsed Fly Fishing Lodge, we provide the best Orvis equipment
for our guests. This includes all the fly fishing essentials: fly rods, reels,
waders, boots, etc. We feature a full range of weights, lengths and flexibility
in several rods to choose from. Currently, we stock many of the top-of-the-line
Orvis T3 rods that so many fly fishing fanatics are raving about. Our favorite
compliment to these rods is the Orvis Battenkill Large Arbor reel that allows
you to work the powerful runs taken by our native Steelhead, plus Silver, Chum and
Sockeye Salmon.
The breathable Orvis Silver Label waders are provided to keep you dry and
comfortable. These fine fly fishing waders feature the Orvis four-layer
"No-Sweat" material that keeps you comfortable and dry, while allowing moisture
from perspiration to escape. Our boots, up to men's size 17, include Clearwater
and Henry's Fork premium wading shoes. Your fly fishing guide supplies float
line, flies, tippets, etc. which are also inclusive to your stay.
Spin Fishing Equipment
We're committed to providing the best fishing gear and tackle on the market to spin casting enthusiasts.
You'll use premium Lamiglas® rods, Shimano® reels, Orvis® waders and wading boots, and wet weather gear.
We furnish a wide range of equipment to fit the conditions and to meet your needs. Your guide will supply
the best spinners, jigs and spoons for surefire action on the water.
Saltwater Fishing Equipment
For saltwater enthusiasts, we have all Lamiglas® and G.Loomis® rods, fitted with
either Shimano® or Penn® reels. You can be confident this new gear tackles the largest
of Halibut and the feistiest King Salmon in Alaskan waters. Complete wet weather gear is provided
to ensure your comfort.
